Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to paid subscriptions and digital purchases on Tavyr-operated products unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime via account settings or email help@tavyr.com.
  • Access typically continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

  • Eligible: duplicate charges, technical failure, unauthorised transactions within 7 days.
  • Not eligible: consumed partial periods, change-of-mind after heavy use, Terms violations.
  • Timeline: approved refunds in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

How to request

Email help@tavyr.com with registered email, product name, payment ID, and reason.

Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Escalate to our Grievance Officer if unresolved.
